Part of Navigation Services. Provides applications with updated dialogs for opening, saving and choosing files instead of the standard file dialogs. This file is not loaded as extension upon bootup but it is referenced in the Extensions Folder by the Code Fragment Manager. Seeing as other programs take advantage of this shared library file, the best move is to put it into the Extensions Folder. Since it's functionality is built into Mac OS 8.5, it is only installed if you are running Mac OS 8.1 or earlier.
